96,000 Hybrids for LKA today

Truck came today.  96,000 added (10/acre).

Might take a couple years to get to eating size.  Good to see though. 

I heard about an algae bloom there.  Was that near you?

3 years to be 20" (keeper size).  Looks like green antifreeze up my way, but doesn't bother the fish.

Wow they're barely recognizable as juveniles.

I've heard DWR is considering putting stripers or hybrids into Lake Mooney in Fredericksburg. They recently did some temperature and dissolved oxygen tests which were promising.
