Spring 2022 BRHS Fishing Club Tourney- Saturday, May 14!
We are on for Saturday, May 14!
Start time for HS anglers is 7:30a. Non HS kids start at 8a.
We will finish at 11:45a and YES, there will be hot dogs on the grill!
Please let me know if you have someone that is participating.
And...I can always use a couple of volunteers to help put together the prize kits, cook and count fish scores.
Time to go fishin' again!

Here we go...another tourney in the books. This is the last one under Garrett Vigil's leadership. Amazing turnout by a GREAT group of students. Our future is bright. These kids are top notch individuals!! So glad to interact with them. I was so proud today...
Here is the picture story.
This next one won the BIG LUNKER Award!!
Some had to leave early, some came late. What a GREAT group!!
Now, time to go to work in acquiring more prizes. We had two young men, Will and Adam, step up to keep things going in the future. The story will continue.

Max Terranova won with 74" followed by Garrett Vigil with 49.5" and then Jacob Leitert with 46".

About midway into the event, Garrett walks up and he's soaking wet. He had seen a group of 2-3 grass carp in the shallows and he went in after them. Noodling on Beech Lake!

Oh my goodness I thought this was next week. I'm losing my mind haha. I was going to try to bring out the kids. Looks like it was a fantastic turn out! Is that the largest group to date?
