Hi Folks,

I'm reluctantly selling a lot of 4 Daiwa SS spinning reels (Size 1300) as they just haven't been in my rotation in years. They are legendary reels that have been made for decades and are one of the few reel models still made today, so parts are readily available. These saw primarily freshwater use, with a few tidal outings before they were retired. Always maintained by Phil Evans at Rod and Reel Repair in Alexandria. As can be seen on the boxes, all of these reels were manufactured in Japan.

All reels are in working order with the following know issues: One reel is missing the spool line holder and has a misaligned bail arm and one is missing the bail trip device (which should never be used anyway and thus is removed by aficionados to reduce weight). Normal wear and tear including some scratches on the spools and paint chipping. I have the two original boxes and parts diagrams as seen in the photos.
