12-14 LKA Hybrids
Left the dock around 8 am and saw birds working about 400 yds from the dock. Got to them and hooked up on the first cast....a fat 21 inch hybrid. Birds disappeared but kept casting. Then a big thump and line squealing. Took a few minutes to land a very fat 23 incher. Fish disappeared on the electronics but kept at it. Had a hit but missed......let the spoon sink again and wham! Another 21 inch hybrid. Kind of nice to have them close to the dock!
The really fat one was certainly a pig......it had 15 threadfins packing its stomach
Not a bad morning after getting a 5 hour skunk yesterday.
