I went out for an afternoon  stogie and decided to do some wacky wormin'.

Got zero bites using 2-3 different baits.

But just as I was about to quit, dejectedly, I got bit.

Not the target species but a very nice 13-14" crappie decided to east the worm.

That was it...no more bites but I do think the crappie are active so I will target them next time out.


Time to go fishin' again!
