Had not posted in a while, so here is this morning report.  Got out after the fog burned off a little and found breaking fish after 15 minutes.  Ended up catching 9 stripers/hybrids on top water.  All were 10-16", but still fun.  Searched with the sonar to find them after the surface action ended, and found a nice school of white perch. Caught perch on about every other cast for over two hours.  Most were small, but many jumbos 10-11.5".  Didn't keep any and never really counted......but I'd estimate 80 or so fish.  Decided to take a pic of one of them towards the end for the report.
