Bigger fish are moving shallower. Caught maybe 50 today, but only kept 12" or larger (10 fish). One was 15-1/4" (citation). Gave all the fish to a buddy out there that was having not so much luck. He did take a pic for me of the 15 with two 13s .

18 rods on the boat today.........not fishing with them all at one time. I ran 6 striper rods this morning as usual for trolling. Had 10 crappie rods out in reverse spider rig orientation for crappie later on. That leaves 2 spare rods to cast to a breaking striper or replace a messed up crappie rod. And yes, I can handle 10 crappies rigs by myself.........it will be a lot easier when Benjamin comes down for spring break on Sunday for a week.........stripers in the morning and crappie afterwards!
