Sept 25-27 Starrett's Pointe

Each year I invite a few guests to my house for a weekend. Capt Dave and I guide you way up the Dragon for bowfin, snakehead, lgmouth, reds , trout and white perch for your cooler. This year I have two open spots with Capt Dave. Cost is 350.00 per person plus tips for cook and guide. I am looking for a fishing pair to share a room and a boat for two nights, two days. Arrive Friday evening and fish all day Saturday and Sunday. Depart Sunday evening. The Dragon is a cypress swamp that is pristine and full of fish. Capt Dave will put you on the fish. Food and drink included as you are my guest.

This is a great weekend...I wish I could make it, especially since Mr. Blanton & Col. Taylor are coming. Oh...and there might be a boil?

Man wish I could be there...I could have thrown in EHT SiB and Elmer T Lee for some fun side by sides. Is it always the same weekend every year?

Together we'll fight the long defeat.

Re: Sept 25-27 Starrett's Pointe

It is only three weekends a year by invite only. This trip is a bit different due to Covid. Just need two fishing buddies to round out crew. The bowfin bite should be really good with all the rain. Plus reds are thick as thieves in the mouth and docks of the river.

Thanks
Capt Mike

Found a person to fill one seat and that is good enough for us. Trip is booked up now.

Thank you all for everything

Nice! Since we have a third fellow, we'll have an additional guest beverage. And since there will most likely be some sazerac cocktails, this one seems to fit the bill:
