July 12th Report

Had guy last night come down from PA to capture a snakehead. Tide was not high but we had some water so I pushed back in the pads at the big pond and quickly saw the water drop 3 inches the first 40 minutes. Time to get out as i have been stuck in there before. Moved to Horsemans Creek and got only one follow on the swimmy and quickly changed to pop-r as dark clouds assembled above. Stayed with pop-r the rest of the evening scoring a bakers dozen of LGMouth. Had snakehead on and it pulled the hook twice.

As a bonus I got to fish a little too.

I bet 70% chance he books another trip with you this year to go back for a snakehead because he had it hooked and got off.
