Heading to Yellowstone (Henry's Lake area)

My FIL is taking our family on a trip to Yellowstone in August. Looking for tips or suggestions for fishing and/or guides.

Thread is relevant to my interests.  I'll be going to Montana at the end of October and checking out Yellowstone on the way.

Northwest Yellowstone into Montana is literally the trout fly fishing capital of the country. Amazing rivers, lots of wild trout and scenery second to none. There are lots of great guides in the area. If you’re anywhere near Big Sky, MT, I highly recommend Gallatin River Guides. They are a well seasoned, professional group of anglers and have everything you need. From their location in Big Sky, they will fish the Gallatin, Madison, Yellowstone and several other world class trout streams all within a reasonable drive.

I had such a great time last year that I’m in the process of booking a trip later this year with a work friend.

Here’s my post from last year. http://www.pacemakerfishing.com/forum/v … hp?id=8500

I'm a little jealous - what a great trip to have on the books. I fished the Henry's Fork last September and it was one of my favorite trips to date. We fished with Paul Hoelscher and Jay Hurt out of Henry's Fork Anglers (https://www.henrysforkanglers.com/). Highly recommend them.

Thanks for all the tips. I've decided to buy a rod tube to stow 4 UL spinning rods for the trip. I'll be fishing with my two boys (7 & 10) and their 2 cousins of the same age, so I don't think a fly fishing trip is right for us this time around. Hopefully we can get some local intel on some public streams we can access.
