Upper Potomac 3/16/20

I went out from about 9am until 3pm.  Air temps about 40-54.  Water temp 46-50.  Water was low and clear.  Some debris floating in the water clouding deeper areas.

The good news - there were swallows over the river!  Eagles, Osprey, ducks, geese and the usual water birds.

I fished a tube, craw on SWM head, chatterbait, spinnerbait, jerk bait, crankbaits and a grub.  Wind was chilly and out of the SW/SE up to about 10mph.  I did not travel as much as usual, but my plan to fish deeper water got messed up by the wind.

El Skunko!

Saw 1 catfish and 1 smallie when I floated over a large tree.  Both about 12-14 inches.  No other fish or baitfish seen.
