Upper Potomac 3/5/2020

El skunk-o!  I lost something that bit a Suspending Jerk Bait and had another bite I thought was a snag in a tree.  Both in a creek (mouth and halfway up).  Water was clear except MD shore.  Water temp was 44-47 degrees.  Fished from about 8am to 4pm.

I might give that place a rest.  I will probably hit Fountainhead on Monday or the Occoquan River.

I saw pretty many bugs and some surface activity,  Looked like maybe carp.

Wood Ducks, Eagles etc. were cool.

Sad to see the smallies disappear like this.

Always wishin' I was fishin'

I fished the Mac yesterday. The wind made bottom fishing  impossible.  Didnt matter anyway. Mac is dead.
