Volunteers (fish catching teachers) needed!
John Lipetz and I are running it.....
8:00AM - 12:00PM, Pavilion Lake
We have @20 kids signed up....will need to cut off registration unless we get a few more volunteers.
We have equipment (and worms).
This FREE event is for all ages (9 and under needs to be accompanied by an adult).
The event will be held at Pavilion Lake on Saturday, July 14th from 8am - 12pm.

This was a great 1st event! We had two sessions (8-10 & 10-12) with about 15 people in each session. Many fish were caught including an 11' BG! Big fish was caught by a 3 year old, go figure. Lots of kids (and adults) caught their 1st fish ever and we got them started in their fishing journey.

Sure a lot of smiling faces, another great day. It's cool that Ashburn Village welcomes these events and even cooler that Ernie puts in the work to make them successful. Thanks to everyone that made this happen

Wow those BG are huge! Wish I could have gone with my kids.....but today was their last swim meet, thank goodness.

Would have luv'd to help. I'm not on the computer much over the weekends, so next time shoot me an email - if I'm not on the river or doing honey-do chores I'll help out
