Did Ashburn Village Lake ever have grass carp prior to today's stocking? AVL seems to have a whole lot more weeds than the other lakes.

Ashburn Lake has Brazilian Elodea....I am sure there was a carp or two in there but now there's a bunch whose job is to eat grass!
