Bob and I were in search of big perch for our tourney which draws to a close on Sep. 30.
These boats are always impressive....
....especially their play boats!
Weatherman called for something else than what we got. Certainly windier and no one said anything about 2+ hours of rain!
Anyway, Bob got the skunk off early.
And then proceeded to catch 2 more species (striper and speck).
We then went to the towers where it disappointed once again! Where did they go?
But we caught some at our next spot including the biggest (Bob's) of the day at 11.75"!
And species #4!
And another speck (Bob had 3).
We then moved inside the river...could not see a thing with the hard drizzle!
We opted not to go too deep in the river, not knowing what the weather would turn to so we went into Martin's pond where we caught many a perch, a cat and a flounder!
That's 6 species!
Well, we didn't catch what we were after but we caught a boatload of fish and had a good time trying to up our scores for the tourney.

Way to get some fish. Nice mixed bag.

Ernie I am so jealous of how often you go fishing. I want to be you when I grow up.

Ha! You can do it too.....but the only issues are that you gotta get old and work a whole lot of years!
