6-5-17, Cedar

Caught a few bass and gills on top water (fly rod). Some decent fish but they are still not on an active top water bite. Had to make the popper dance and hold to get a strike. Lots of looks though....


Time to go fishin' again!

Lots of fish lurking on the BG beds. Why take a fly when you can have some fresh meat.


Yesterday afternoon I caught some BG's to @9" and a nice 2 lb bass on a 4wt. But I really had to dance the fly to get their attention.

Still very little going on with to water flies....


Time to go fishin' again!
