We need volunteers for the Broad Run HS Tourney on the 18th!!
There will be another conference call on Sunday at 7:30p.m. This conference call is to discuss the upcoming tournament on October 18th.

I'm interested in helping but am unsure of my availability for that date at the moment, but I'll keep you guys posted on that. Sorry I missed the conference call I was upset that the cowboys didn't lose like they should have... Any good info come from the conference call?

We basically set up the tourney. The rules state the goal. Each student will fish each of 3 lakes for a period of time,. They will measure their fish with a ruler and keep track of the totals. Once back at my house, we will tally the inches while everyone eats hot dogs.
As well, the students will also participate in a raffle to win goody bags which are full of fishing stuff.
What we need are adult fishermen that can walk the ponds and help out the participants if needed. It would be graet if you could make it!

I'm cleared to help out! Paul mentioned a flyer with info, is there one floating around? Ernie can you email me or post any details you feel I should know that you haven't posted already?
I wish I had this opportunity in HS!

I went through the threads and didn't notice any meeting times for the volunteers. Are we just heading up there around the start time? Do you guys need anything?
