Yep! Still in the same condition except I cleaned it once. Only used it 2-3 times.

Pedals are no good there.... too much grass. I still say you'll miss it when it's gone.

Re: Hobie Mirage Pro Angler 14' kayak

I am sure I will miss it....incredible nimble and comfortable boat. Perhaps if I sold the Targa......well, then I would have to buy a jet.

The Coosa 12' Cruise is perfect for me and has the comfy seat.

I came close to buying a 13' OK Trident today. Had the 4X on it. I don't need it but it was a good deal. Oh boy......

Re: Hobie Mirage Pro Angler 14' kayak

Been toying with keeping it.....but I upgraded to the turbo fins (brand new) and some areas strengthened up. Yak looks great. If someone wants to buy it at the listing price, go for it, if not, I will keep it if no offers.

Ernie,

I need to take you out on one of my NuCanoes some time. It's like fishing on a lawn chair, and stable enough to stand up in.

That's a nice set up.....Paul has one but I don't think he has the stand up bar.

Re: Hobie Mirage Pro Angler 14' kayak

Yeah the stand up bar is not flimsy either, it does the job and the boat is stable for standing up. I'm planning to put a Hummingbird Helix 9 on it with a Bow mounted trolling motor / i-pilot. Then I'm going to head over to Beaver Dam and Auto Chart the heck out of it.

Right now, I am using a transom mounted trolling motor, which for all intended purposes works well. However; the geek in me wants to go with more tech, and going with the bow mount trolling motor enables me to use a gas motor on the transom.

I have a 2nd one, which is rigged with the same seat, but no stand-up bar yet. Let me know if you want to test it out one weekend. If I'm not on my Xpress boat,  i'll be kayaking.
