I was thinking about getting an inflatable out on Beaverdam this weekend. Any thoughts on patterns for targeting brown and/or green bass? Will it even be worth it right now? I have to figure that they'll be moving up shallow with the warmer recent weather.

It's always worth to try....I would say that they are staging up from the deep to the shallows. The key is what depth.
Spring time in the shallows is great there.

Have you taken your inflatable on Beaverdam before? When I used to fish there in my SOT kayak, I would get blown around like craaazy.
As far as bass, I've heard reports that the fishing is getting pretty good. Water temps were supposedly in the 50's last week so they must be in the upper 50's by now.
I would try a topwater in the AM in the shallows and then work the rocks as the sun warms the water even more.
I'm no expert btw haha. this is just what I would do.
If nothing else, it'll be a beautiful day to be out!

Andrew is right about getting blown around. I remember a day when Khahn could have trolled a lure he was being pushed so fast. But, you can hide in a cove and do what Andrew said.

Be prepared to row! The wind will get you as everyone said. Good Luck!

an inflatable is even worse in the wind but don't let that deter you! lots of fish to be had! the time is now to fish!!!

I caught my first frog fish of the year yesterday so I would say the water is getting warmer. I would start down by the dam on the point on the right and work my way in and around that cove until the sun came up then I would go to the rocks.
