Halloween Report

Today the wind was nice and light out of the south but it still played into today's fishing. We set the hook on an incoming tide that produced many double hook ups. Lots and lots of eater sized cats till the incoming died at around 1 pm. On turn around we caught a brown cat and channel cat. Then we got covered up by dinks and few more eaters. Then this nice cat.

Hoping for a bigger one we moved shallow and caught another one like the one in the picture. As the outgoing died we caught a bullhead and a channel cat before heading in. Could have filled a cooler today if they kept.

Really nice to have calm conditions. Still had to use drift sock twice to keep boat straight on hook.
