This evenings trip we started out with some fish catching. Small foam body bugs around deep edges for some nice big bluegill on light fly rods. Really needed to get the fishing mojo started after last weekend. This crew had survived a storm last trip with me that pinned us way back in the woods till after 10:30 pm. So they had there share of rain and most certainly lightning. Well with a 0% chance of rain forecast-ed we got rained on. It was cold rain too.. wet and windy we nailed a nice snakehead. Go figure..mojo is back..
We fished two more spots and missed three more fish before dark. A fun trip with a great crew.
