7-16 Algonkian & 7-17 Occoquan
Hit Algonkian yesterday morning on a whim. Visibility was only about a foot, so went to a rattling jerk bait. Ended up with 5 smallies and 2 catfish.
very hungry kitty..........
This morning......headed to Occoquan in search of NSH. No snakies, but a decent LMB.

Went back to Algonkian after lunch today. Six total with big fish=14"..........still cloudy water.

I went out of Algonkian with the wife this evening (4-8pm) and we landed 17 SM and the wife caught 2 large Sunnies. She stuck with a Yammi grub and I caught some on a rebel craw, Zoom Speed Craw and two on a Torpedo. I landed 11 and we lost at least 10 between us. I missed a nice one that hit the speed craw right at the boat as I was reeling to re-cast. At least 18". Great evening!
