July 9th Report

Tonight's trip was with two gent's both long in the tooth. One had a cortisone shot in his back so he could go fishing. Talk about love of fishing. Well they cast and did a good job of that and missed a few fish here and there. Went back to the ribs several times and enjoyed a new to them beverage called Gatoraid. They liked Gatoraid.. So the action was slow and I just could not go to worms when we had the perfect POP-R tide and water clarity. So after I got a permission slip to fish I landed 7 small to large LGMouth on POP-R. They really enjoyed watching me catching fish. I felt bad and tried to rally them up for another cast or two. Combined age on boat for three persons was 213 years.

Dave, why didn't they discover Gatorade on your boat. Betting the experience level has higher last night.

Re: July 9th Report

They did discovered it on my boat.  It was Bill's first ever Gatoraid.  He's just too old to remember.

Be careful of imitations as they could possibly produce real frogs...
