Perch quest continues

Dropped the kayak in the water at Marina West in Chesapeake Beach, MD to look for white perch around the rock jetty that leads into the bay. Of course the weather predictions were off by 10 mph so I had to stay in the creek till the wind laid down. Started off with a 9" perch on the first cast, then nothing for the next hour. Next fish was this little guy:

10" spec

Half hour later I found his little brother

6" spec

Finally started catching some decent perch, mostly between 9 - 10" and then this guy at 11.5

The wind finally settled and I was able to fish the jetty. Caught a little striper and 4 needlefish. I say caught, but after one of them bit me last week I just waited for them to shake free. No more perch, but all in all a good trip.

Hope you're not letting the rain stop you.

I need to add 1/4", he was there first. Any suggestions?
