April 13th Double Report

You would think after yesterdays great fishing and warmer weather that today would be even better. You would think... The light Southern winds had the crappie moving into wood early and we scored well for a while. Then the wind shifted to the west and began building as the day went on. The fish just kinda stopped biting so we moved to a warmer water area with better wind breaks. It was not going too well so we started flipping and that produced a fish here and there. Then we found an area about 3 foot wide and pulled 14 nice crappie from this one hole.

About the same as Capt Mike the fish just turned off when the wind shifted. Struggled just to get the ones we did. Great crew and a lot of fun to fish with.
