35 bass morning 7-20

All small ones.  Went to Tippecanoe first.....and could barely get a cast in anywhere due to all the floating algae.  No bites there and I wouldn't waste your time there until late fall when the algae subsides.

Went to Killawog next and caught 25 bass in about 30 minutes....about every other cast.  All cookie cutter 4-7" bass except two 12" fish.  Could have caught many more but got bored of very small fish.  That lake is now loaded with small bass.  We need to get some bluegill in there for them to get bigger!

Hit Beech next and only 3 bass 10-12".

Cedar was last and 7 bass 8-12" there.

All caught on a 3" white wacky worm (6" zoom skinny worm cut in half) on a small circle hook.

Re: 35 bass morning 7-20

Good to see you out there.....there was a big bass lurking in the shallow cove at Beech when I walked by.

I threw the fly at Cedar after my walk in the heat and caught a few bass and BGs. Biggest bass was 13" and one BG went 8".

I broke 2 fish off....don't know what they were but they tugged hard. My tippet is only 2lb test.

Time to go fishin' again!
