3 nice bass on a windy day

Went fishing this afternoon with my buddy Craig to get in a few tugs before the football game.  The first victim was a healthy 4.10 on a blue jig with a blue money craw trailer on the deep end of the pond.

Threw the jig, a caffeine shad and rattle trap for another 45 minutes with no takers and decided to hit the shallow end where the wind had shifted pushing up the baitfist.  Snagged this 4.12 next on a caffeine shad, just let it die and the wind current carried it right into her mouth.

Then Craig borrowed my rod to coax a slightly smaller 2.14 onto the banks.

Thought they might be schooled up but multiple re-casts came up zippy.  Overall a pretty good day.  I was beginning to feel like bass catching and taking vitamins for me were the same thing.....only one a day, but glad to finally pull a deuce!
