Algonkian 11-11
Took the wife out at 11 am. Fished til about 2. Water was gin-clear. Not a single smallie seen or a bite. Saw hundreds of catfish roaming in pods of a dozen or two. Ramp was cleared but very muddy. No snakes trapped on the trailer this time

I hear they are biting further up the river and in the 'doah. If I wasn't such a cold weather (and water) wimp, I would yak up there next week.
