Just had my first outing for 2012. I have been on the road and then blew my knee out so this was my first time out. I landed about a 12 fish and this larger 5.9lb on a kinky beaver soft plastic. The water is till cold but the fish are getting active, I picked off a few others about 20 yards up a feeder creek.

LMAO...I could have the thing Wacky rigged but that would not be a proper thing to do with my Beaver !

Knee surgery in a few weeks, but I had it scheduled for after my four day fishing trip in Fla. Should be a decent trip to Okeechobee and the Everglades. Crazy but this will be my third time on Okeechobee in the last 10 months. I am so spoiled
