you have 45 minutes to fish, don't really care what you catch, just wanna get the rid of the fishing itch...which pond/lake do you go to?

I would start with whichever one YOU are most comfortable with. Otherwise, if you are not afraid of striking out, hit what I believe to be the toughest which is Ashburn Lake.
If it were easy, they'd call it catching!
