June 17th Report

Started on a leeward spot and had a heck of a time holding boat in place. Three casts into the evening a big Lgmouth eats our bait. Two more casts later another one eats and shakes hook at boat. Meanwhile the boat is shooting across the water like a sailboat. PITA to hold a good casting position. Move to another place with less wind and miss a few hits. Time to bring out treble hooks and pop r s. Caught some more Lgmouth and had a hooked snakehead, pull off.

Not a bad night.
