Got out this morning for crappie. The spring migration has just barely started. Eventually found decent size fish in 12-14', Set up some rods to pull DT-8s in chartreuse at about 1.2 MPH with the trolling motor because they were very scattered. Ended up with 7 keepers 11-14" and a bonus keeper hybrid.
Here is the 14" on the Hawg Trough
Looks like time to clean the Hawg Trough again!

Awesome Curly! You need to start a guide service there!

Just a little soap and water would clean up that Hawg Through nicely!
Nice work!

Yea but...the 1st person who was a butt hole would be thrown overboard if they didn't follow Curly's boat rules!

I'm with Ernie - wife wonders why I'm not guiding now that I've retired.
I told her I'd rather not deal with the headaches.

I remember a fella that had just moved up here and wanted to try the slug lines. I told him, "don't speak unless spoken to...by the driver". He was a bit perplexed but I told him them's the rules!
