Lost GrubThrower

https://www.legacy.com/us/obituaries/co … =200145117

Grubby was a very good friend and fellow angler

I got an email from him in August promising to call.  He was in the ER in a hospital after a mis-diagnosis from a smaller hospital.  Couple weeks later he died.

Found his obituary today.  I spent more days and nights on river camping trips with this guy one year than I spent in my own bed.  We camped and fished rivers in Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Maine

RIP brother

Re: Lost GrubThrower

Sad for sure. We lost Curt Anthony last week as well.

I didn't know Grubby but I know his stories...though George. You guys certainly created some memories. Now, George will have to keep telling the stories...like sleeping comfortably on a dry riverbed.

Time to go fishin' again!

Wow, Curt Anthony also.  Very sad.  Never met him, but enjoyed his reports.  He looked young.

I knew Curt.  Never fished with him but did plenty of Gatherodeo's with him.  Good guy too.
