Morning smoke

Chopped up fresh ginger, garlic, and onion real fine.  Mixed with soy sauce, teriyaki, shirasa, brown sugar and EVOO.  Marinated for 24 hours.  Smoking with hickory.

Had cold smoked sockeye salmon for breakfast this morning.

Done. Broke apart when I took it off the smoker, but still moist

Came out awesome

Using fresh ginger brought the taste up to the front. Only used a little piece too
