June 5th Report

Why does the first day of my season have to be a "feels like 100 degrees?"

Father and daughter team didn't get a snakehead (shooting for it again in August) but, picked up a couple of nice bass. Heat was brutal. Gia fished for two hours, rested for two hours and made a strong finish in the last two hours. She gave us time updates every 30 minutes from about 6PM on. I think she'd have voted to go home early...
