Predictions for the final accumulation at Dulles Airport can be made here for the Feb 10-12 storm that will not last until Feb 13. All predictions must be to the nearest 0.5 inches....in other words, all predictions in increments of 1/2 inch.

The deadline is 8 pm tomorrow (Wednesday evening). Good luck everyone!

I am going for change to 3" for the 10th through 12th. If Saturday (13th) is gonna count, we need to change the dates.

We need a clarification here. If it stops snowing for an extended time Friday and begins again on Saturday, NWS may consider the Saturday snow as a separate event. This is a mess! So, the official total may be Friday afternoon instead of Saturday.

Update: no snow predicted for Loudoun after 10 am Thursday and at least 24 hrs into Friday. If that happens, the Dulles total will be official late Thursday. Saturday will be a separate event.

Change it back to the 12th. Not starting another snow prediction thread unless there is significant accumulation predicted (4+”) 36 hrs out!

Final predictions need to be in within the next 35 minutes.
