LKA 1-16 Crappie

Got on the water a little after 10:30 with my neighbor Mike for crappie.  They were scattered over about a half a mile stretch.  We worked the area until 1:30 and scratched out somewhere around 60-70 fish.  Most were less than 9 inches, a few in the 10-11 inch class, and finally this 14 inch pig that Mike caught.

Re: LKA 1-16 Crappie

Nice slab!

A couple of days ago, the forecast showed a decent possibility for Wed., with a high of 46-47df. That changed quickly....high of 38df now. Tuesday has decent temps but too much wind.

Glad a I taped a few fishing shows this weekend. I'll might even sit through Jimmy Houston and the Scott Martin Challenge!   tongue

Time to go fishin' again!
