Decreasing Water Levels

Getting out as much as we all have recently, I am sure we have noticed the significant reduction in water levels for the Ashburn Lakes. What is interesting to me is I don't recall the water levels dropping as quickly last year despite the drought. Are they pulling water out or are we experiencing a mini drought?

It is definitely affecting the bite for me, but more importantly, a lot of cover is being uncovered. Thoughts?

If it were easy, they'd call it catching!
