Idaho Trip 9/26 - 9/29

Went to Victor, ID to fish with friends last weekend. We waded the Teton near Driggs Thursday evening and did well on wet and dry flies catching brook and cutthroat. Friday we waded a braid of the South Fork of the Snake in the morning and floated a stretch of the Upper Teton in the evening. I picked up a personal best 20" cutthroat on a meaty streamer in a deep pool on the South Fork. Saturday was a full day float on the Henry's Fork where I managed 2 other personal bests - 22" rainbow on a streamer and 20.5" whitefish on a nymph. The whitefish was 2" shy of the state record! Great times had with great people. Can't wait to go back!
