Potomac River Smallmouth Club event, Wednesday July 30

The next meeting of the Potomac River Smallmouth Club (PRSC) is on Wednesday, July 30 starting at 7:30 PM at the Vienna Fire Station on Center Street in Vienna VA.

Our guest speaker is Dave Shindler, who has spent much of his life fishing the Susquehanna River in PA, either wading or from a boat. Dave focuses primarily on the Smallmouth Bass of the mighty Susquehanna. As one of the most storied rivers in the country, the Susquehanna provides some great fishing for Smallmouth Bass, Musky, Walleye and others.

Dave is a multi species angler who finds himself chasing many species of fresh and saltwater species.  Living within a few hours of the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean affords him the opportunity to experience some of the best of all the fishing on the east coast. Striped Bass, Flounder, and a wide variety of fish inshore fish are chased several times per year.

Just a reminder in case anyone was interested in going. A bunch of us will be at the Vienna Inn around 6 PM. They have the nastiest chili dogs in town!
