July 14th Double Report

It was a nice night to fish with low humidity and clear blue skies. The fish did not think so and no fish where landed all evening. Had about 6 hits with two fish lost shortly after the hits. A good hookset is really needed when fishing deep in the pads and grasses. My client will come back to try it again. We both had a good time Saturday evening.

Another gorgeous weather night but,  tough night fishing in the swamp.   Third group in a row with top notch casting skills.  On tough nights it is good that anglers give themselves the best opportunity when fishing is tough and these guys did.  They had never fished any fishery like this and loved the close to the water "hunt" for these fish.  They got some snake head missed opportunities and said they'd definitely be back next year.
