Re: Well, what now?

Don't forget about snow in the fcst on Thur/Fri too

I poured about 200 jigs on Saturday - that's close to fishing, isn't it?

Ha! If it stays wet and cold, the towel is in hand.

Re: Well, what now?

I think I'll bank fish this weekend with some jigs, and if it get skunked, I'm going to relegate myself to watching all the Game of Thrones seasons this winter so I can be ready for the April premiere.

Re: Well, what now?

4" inches of heavy water-logged snow at my house.  I hope this isn't an indication of winter to come.

River is going to hit 11'+ tomorrow. White's Ferry was closed today.

Sure would have liked to find the smallie wintering holes in the Algonkian area.....

Re: Well, what now?

Long term forecast calls for some cold days and then some more rain.

Not sure I'll be finding out where they are bunched up at this year.....

And here we go again...

....just when some nicer temps are moving in!

Apparently, some time over the next 2 days, we will break the yearly record for most rainfall ever!

Re: Well, what now?

Last night Mr Wonderful (aka Topper) said that we've gone 11 days without any precipitation. That's the longest span since summer of 2017. After this weekends record breaker I'd like to see it span till March (but only if it's a warm March).

Re: Well, what now?

I bet fishing the river today would’ve been good if you didn’t mind fishing in the pouring rain...
