Depends which side of that / you're on as to whether they're keepers. Bay closes 12/20 and Potomac is open through 12/31. Hope you finally get a day that's fishable, want to see pics of some big girls.

Thanks for the reminder......hopefully they will still be in the river by then (next big freeze could send them hauling tail to the ocean)!
