We raised a baby fawn one summer in Michigan. (Ruined my deer hunting for years.)
She came back to visit the follow summer and then one more time not as close with babies the year after that.
Almost like she wanted us to know that she was alright.
I will try to find some pictures, It was before anyone ever heard of cell phone camera's
