Not much to report as no fish where caught..had many hits and a few follows as my crew committed to topwater and snakeheads. It was great to guide some very good fisherman but in the end, we only had ribs and chicken to take a picture of.

I was shocked and dismayed at the lethargy of the pesky fish.....
We did have some nice follows and hits from snakies though.
Here is Bill getting instruction from Capt. Mike; keep the rod tip low, pads break the line at 18.2 lbs, make deep casts...then deeper etc.
Inviting shoreline....
Why we like this place....

Funny, his fingers look like he's demonstrating his proper cigar holding technique...see how his pinky is slightly extended?

Yep but.....Bill doesn't smoke stogies. They had some interesting conversations though.....

BTW, I had the leftover ribs and chicken for lunch today. All was not lost.

Georges in Indian Head directly across from the welcome to Indian Head sign. If heading south you will need to turn around just past it.
Tell em Capt Mike sent you.

They have lots of picnic tables inside. You order the counter and take the food to your seat. Georges is where I was going for lunch after the M&G on Saturday.
