Roanoke River Striped Bass

Okay, so I did this one in May....There are two places on the East Coast that freshwater Striped Bass that reproduce.  The Roanoke River and Weldon North Carolina.  Went out during May with Matt Miles and fished the Roanoke River.  Used large Clausers...10wt sinking line.  Tough day, put a hook into seven fish...brought four to the boat....nothing huge, but checked off another item on the bucket list.

Re: Roanoke River Striped Bass

Something special about catching fish that weren't just "put" there.  Nice job.
