March 14th Report

Started at noon with some long time customers. Water temp 42 at the dock was giving me the promise of a great day. Surveyed the river for depth finder marks. With lots of flotsam in the main part of the current channels to dodge we searched for the first 30-40 minutes. Found a huge mass of marks and attempted to set the hook so I would be right on top of them. Succeeded on the first attempt and shortly after we had fish on.  Lots of good cats and only one eater. I used a new camera and the pics may be just wee bit small. I will adjust next trip.
