Calling for 4-7" tomorrow as of now. Enter your predictions here for the IAD Official Storm Total. Predictions must be posted by 9 am on Saturday morning. I'm going with 4.7" for now, but will probably modify that before the deadline.
Drxfish (John) is the current defending Champion from the last snow thread. Will he be dethroned?
2-21 (8:52am) edit:............upping to 6.9".

When will the final reading be taken for the total? Will it be the max depth of snow during the whole event? A set time? If this transitions to rain on Sunday, it could end up being 0" of snow left by the time the whole event is over.

It will be whatever the NWS reports officially at IAD for snowfall on the storm.......they seem to be on top of things.

The average temp forecast for the next 10 days is 28 degrees. Ponds will probably not thaw until 2nd week of March . This is the longest freeze out on the ponds that I can remember here in 23 years .
