5-8-08, Hooray for croakers.

Today's plan was to meet two guys and head for Cobb Is., launch and run to St Clements for some stripers. After that we were going to try the same area for croakers to finish the day. WRONG... small craft warnings (of course they picked today to get it right) and a helluva SW wind kept us in the Wicomico croaker fishing. They liked shrimp, but not fish bites or gulp. Only had enough shrimp for half a day, so after 30 croakers we were all out of bait. Back in Neale Sound the choice was Capt John's for more shrimp or Shymansky's ramp. Another rain shower decided for us. Turned out to be an OK day after all.
