Pick up between leesburg and Tysons. never mounted and will never be used. not worth shipping... it will cost more to ship it than it is worth. willing to trade for a 1.5" round base or something else that's small like a bag of rubber worms or something (maybe my first bag of case plastics?). These are mostly used for fish finder mounts, gopro, and something else that is "light duty" My kayak came with a 1" ball on it already for my fish finder.
